Started exclusively private practice in major Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1995. And 90% of practice engaged in Oral & Maxillofacial OncoSurgery

- Head & Neck OncoSurgery with special interest in Tumors of the Skull base and Craniofacial Resection
- Microvascular Reconstruction of the Head and Neck Region
Started Microvascular Reconstruction in 1997 and already have done more than 700 Free Flap reconstructions in the Head and neck Region.
Conducted Workshop on Microvascular Reconstruction at various part of the Country including ChittaRanjan National cancer Institute Kolkata, AFMC Pune, Sharad Power Dental College Nagpur, Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata.
Have delivered Key Note Speech on most of the annual National Conferences of Association of Oral & maxillofacial Surgeon of India since 1999.
Also delivered Key Note Address and read free papers in various conferences of various disciplines including General Dentistry, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Plastic Surgery.
Delivered prestigious “Prof. T. N. Chawla Oration 2006” at U. P. King Gorge’s University of Dental Sciences, Lucknow.
